1 large yellow onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 large head of cabbage
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 16-ounce can of tomato sauce
1 16-ounce can of diced tomatoes

1. Chop cabbage into bite size pieces and add to slow cooker.
2. Saute the onion and garlic in a large pan until tender, about 3-5 minutes, then add to crock pot.
3. In the same pan, brown the turkey. Once done, drain any excess fat and add to the slow cooker.
4. Add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Stir half-way through cooking and once again 30 minutes before done. Serve warm and enjoy!
