Healthy Taco Salad

Spice up your salad with this healthy option!

4 cups salad greens
2 cups cooked quinoa
15-oz. pinto beans
1 cup chopped grilled chicken
2 bell peppers, any color, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Serving Size: 1 cup

1. In a large bowl, gently toss together all the ingredients, except the beans.
2. Add the beans to the top and serve. Makes enough for 4 salads.
