⅔ cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
⅔ cup non-fat soy milk
1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups blueberries

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
3. Combine milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a measuring cup and stir, then add to flour and mix until smooth.
4. Pour batter into a nonstick 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle berries on top.
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
