8 ounces fat-free cream cheese
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
4 medium apples, cored and sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
Serving Size: 1/2 Apple and 2 tablespoons dip

1. Place the cream cheese on the counter to soften, about 5 minutes.
2. Crush the crackers on a cutting board and place into a small bowl. Add the paprika and stir.
3. Combine the brown sugar, vanilla and cream cheese in a small bowl. Mix until smooth. Stir in chopped peanuts.
4. Place sliced apples in another bowl. Drizzle orange juice over the apples to prevent browning. Serve apples with the dip.
