2 cups cooked chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1 Asian pear, cut into strips
1 cup edamame beans, shelled
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil

1. In a bowl, toss together chicken, cabbage, Asian pear and edamame.
