Avocado and Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
4 avocados, peeled, seeded and diced
4 tomatoes, diced
2 small mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 jalapeno chili pepper, finely chopped
3 minced garlic cloves
¼ salt
¼ ground pepper

Serving Size: 2 tablespoons
